ThinKNotts - Meditation & Holistic Well-being Day Nottingham

THINKNOTTS - A DAY OF MEDITATION, HOLISTIC WELL-BEING AND MORE - SATURDAY 13th MAY 2017
ThinKNotts is a holistic event inspired by the 1993 Washington DC experiment that saw thousands of participants use meditation to bring about a more peaceful community.
On Saturday 13th May from 11am, join the Unplugged Space (US) for the launch of ThinKNotts in Old Market Square.
The inspiration behind this event is to connect local people with meditation and holistic practitioners and therapists practicing in Nottingham and the county of Nottinghamshire.
Free ticket includes event guide, entry to meditation and soundbath, workshops and activities for all ages.

NO TICKET IS REQUIRED except to reserve your spot for the meditation at midday as there is a capacity of 1000 people.
