Event description
Hybrid in-person and online symposium, exploring the leading edge of psychosynthesis leadership coaching for a world in crisis.

About this event

Hybrid in-person (as before at NCVO) and online symposium, expanded to one and a half days with your ticket giving you full access to recordings, videos and materials afterwards. More than 20 different contributors and facilitators, representing the leading edge of psychosynthesis leadership coaching. 4 plenary and 20 breakout sessions exploring these themes:

New developments and approaches in coaching and psychology – and how these synthesise with psychosynthesis coaching; including: systemic coaching and constellations work; somatic working and trauma; creativity and the transpersonal; mindfulness and compassion; developmental and evolutionary!

Key themes in organisations and society that we engage with as coaches: e.g. polarisation and synthesis; feminine leadership; diversity, identity and power; the climate emergency; the crisis facing young people; future leadership; resilience and well-being; the humanisation of work!

What next? Where are we as coaches? Where next for the profession ? Where is leadership going? What is the call? How do we respond to the crisis?
