‘Ways to Wellbeing would not exist without social impact bond funding. It gives us the opportunity to scale up what has been done at a pilot level. Over the seven-years, more than 11,000 people will benefit from Ways to Wellness. The success of the programme will be measured by an improvement in patient wellbeing and reductions in hospital visits, hospital admissions and the length of hospital stays.’ Ways to Wellbeing Case study

To attend, please book by the 15th September 2017
