We hold bi-monthly Leaders' Network meetings for Borders Community Action members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate different individuals' preferences.
We also plan to bring speakers from time to time and focus on a particular theme as the network develops, which we will update on this page closer to the time.
Leaders take many forms in the third sector, from CEOs to Trustees and Volunteers generously giving their time, so please do come along or check our other events.
The core aim of our Leaders' Network is to:
- Get informed and involved in strategic conversations
- Make new contacts and build your network
- Get peer support and advice
- Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations
- Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
