Get a completely balanced workout with our pilates-fit classes. No muscle is ever over or under-trained. Pilates is a blend of flexibility and strength training which improves posture and form and supports you with training, toning, recovering and in every day life.
Please turn up 15 minutes before the class to sign a health waiver if you are a guest.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees must be over 18
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes or alternativley please bring a digital copy
Please note there is no access to shower facilties post class
