In this Master Class, we will delve into the ways in which we can change our responses to stressful situations. In addition to building strength and flexibility in the body, we will also encourage balance in the (autonomic) nervous system- using yoga to engage in life more actively, whilst keeping our minds in check.
This two hour session includes a post workout juice and snack pot from Press Juice and Natural Fitness Food. The groups are smaller to allow more time with the instructor, including a chance for Q&A post class.
This workshop is suitable for beginners looking to start Yoga and practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

Liz is a seasoned teacher with a firm belief in proper alignment, proper breathing and respect of the technique. Many years as a dancer means many years injured and thus, she is empathetic to clients’ various limitations and swift to offer guidance and assistance for a better way of working. One gains a certain freedom when the technique is mastered. Liz works with both beginners to advanced practitioners, but has a talent for working with those who feel stuck and uncoordinated.
