This summer, Ham Yard Hotel is bringing together experts across fitness, health and wellbeing to guide and inspire in its first Live Well Series.

As part of the series, Ham Yard will be partnering with award-winning luxury health club, Third Space to host their new body conditioning class, The Method on the dancefloor of Ham Yard Hotel’s The Croc bowling alley. Classes will be followed by a well-earned cocktail in the private bar. Guests can also choose to add on a three-course dinner from a set menu following the class.

The Method is a 45 minute full body conditioning workout, designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core through the use of resistance loop bands. Each exercise is performed at three different tempo variations, which will enable full muscle fibre recruitment to help strengthen the muscle and improve range of movement. The workout ends with an abdominal blast finisher followed by a deep relaxing stretch.

Strong body, strong mind. Weight based exercise is the fastest way to build lean muscle and shape your body.

£25 including 'The Method' session and low alcohol cocktail following the class or £45 including all of the above plus a three-course dinner from a set menu at Ham Yard Bar & Restaurant.
