A fully inclusive evening for all women to come together, connect and share with each other whilst working in harmony with the energies of the current season.
Each month your facilitator, Carina Wan (Thirteen Spheres), will weave seasonal practices from her background in Ayurveda, Reiki and Breathwork to help us nurture our bodies, mind and soul, before opening up the circle to allow those that wish to share, to do so in a safe, confidential and judgement-free space.
Across the season, our evenings will include:
- Guided Reiki Meditations
- Gentle Breathwork
- Healing teas
- Seasonal practices and rituals
- Sharing circle
Spring Season Dates and Themes:
19th March: Spring Equinox (seeds of intention)
23rd April: Scorpio Full Moon (roots that run deep)
21st May: Saggitarius Full Moon (we let go, we grow)
18th June: Summer Solstice (honouring the light within)
Individual circles are priced at £18 or you can puchase the whole season (4, monthly sessions) for £60.
Each month I will also be offering two spaces for free for those who feel they would benefit from being in circle but do not currently have the finances available to them. Please drop me a message if you would like one of these spaces. (No proof of financial status required.)
