Come and participate in our partnership working event, “This Is Us”.

The Scottish Government this year set a new action plan around the countries employability support. The Publication of “No One Left Behind” set out how we will start to join up wider employability within Scotland.

In line with this, Routes To Work have created a team with a specific focus on integrating employability support with Health, Justice and Housing services; areas critical to enable us to meet our vision by providing better support for people furthest removed from employment. This event will provide you an opportunity to hear about the vision, aim and development of our new services for residents of North Lanarkshire.

At Routes to Work, we change lives by breaking down barriers. We focus all of our energy, passion and broad expertise to make a difference to the people of North Lanarkshire. Regardless of circumstance, we aim to ensure no-one is left behind.

So how do we do it? What makes us different? Our specialist services are built around employability and helping our client’s to achieve their life goals. Regardless of the hurdles; health, housing or criminality, we strive to not only jump over them, but to smash straight through them.

However, this isn’t possible on our own; the scale of the challenge in addressing unemployment in North Lanarkshire remains considerable. At our upcoming event, “This Is Us”, we look to demonstrate the power and necessity of partnership working. Through joint working, we can create life changing opportunities for those that need it most.

On the 2nd of November, we welcome you to come along and participate, share ideas and help us to create positive destinations for every resident of North Lanarkshire. You will have the opportunity to network, hear client stories, find out about what our service entails and initiate our working together going forward.
