This newly designed course is especially for women aged 55+ who may never have run before (or not for a while) and would love to give it a go. A gentler pace than our Run30, our walk-run programme builds very gradually from 30 seconds of running to 20 minutes by the end of our 8 weeks together. Meet other women to walk and run with in your local area too!
What does the course include?

"When I started C25K I felt unfit, overweight and like I just couldn’t make regular exercise work for me since having kids.
