Thursday 27th July 7-9pm (Drinks reception 7-7.30pm)

A group discussion on the blurring and distinctions of design and art in contemporary creative practice, particularly in relation to function, value, ownership and elitism. A chance to unpick and explore the themes of the exhibition with leading professionals working in the arts and creative industries.

Seonaid Daly (Director at Scottish Contemporary Art Network), Clive Gillman (Director of Creative Industries at Creative Scotland) and Lee Ivett (Architect Artist), France-Lise McGurn (Artist) and Julio Rolle/ 44 Flavours (Artist/ Designer).

Urban Art specialists, Recoat are celebrating a decade of exhibitions, mural projects, and education programmes with a 16-day exhibition and events programme – This Will Ruin Everything – at The Lighthouse.
