Thompson Weave and Breathe for June (2nd session) - Snails

We are Stuart and Emma and we are willow weavers based in South Norfolk. We make baskets and gifts using willow grown in Somerset as well as willow that we harvest ourselves in Norfolk and Suffolk.
We run monthly willow weaving classes for adults with a focus on fun and wellbeing while exploring some traditional basketry skills. Each month we'll teach a new willow project - from birdfeeders through to Christmas decoratons. Come along monthly, or dip in now and then.
All tools and materials will be provided as well as teas, coffees and biscuits.
Arrive from 6:30 and we aim to be weaving by 6:45.

In June's workshop, we'll be learning how to plait a range of varieties of willow to create different sized snails.

Thompson Community Hall is a modern building with good parking, facilities and accessibilty.
