Chef Brett Barnes' second iteration of his pop up restaurant Thornback returns to Leeds this October, this time showcasing the amazing British produce autumn has to offer. Yorkshire has the very best game in the world, which will feature heavily on the menu. It also will include seasonal highlights such as fresh ears of corn, vibrant squash and pumpkins, orchard fruits and wild mushrooms foraged from the county’s woodlands.
Our venue will be the cosy, candlelit Lambert’s Yard, who will be providing an excellent choice of wines, local beers and some autumn inspired cocktails. Brett Barnes has been a chef for almost 15 years, having worked at HIX, Faviken and Duck Soup, among others. Join us for dinner on the 27 or 28 of October.
