Whether you want to chat, reflect quietly, or just try something new, this group offers a calm and welcoming space - no sewing experience or skill needed!

A safe, adult-only space to:

  • Discuss the realities of parenting ALN children without judgement
  • Share laughter, quiet moments, or simply listen
  • Discover the wellbeing benefits of stitching in good company

No pressure. No expectations. Just time to breathe, connect, and create.
