What do I need to bring?

As this is a self supported trail run you will need to bring your own provisions. Here is a suggested kit list of things we advise you bring: Mobile Phone, Water , Snacks,  Gels,  Sun Cream, Sunglasses, Hat, Trail Shoes + Rain Jacket

What happens in extreme weather?

If we are subject to extreme weather on the day the run may be cancelled. We will get in touch with you using the contact details you provide us with and we will put a notice out on social media.

Question 3

Can I park at the Brewery?

Accepted Answer

There is limited parking on Cliffe Industrial Estate so we advise you to park in Lewes and walk down to the Brewery.

Question 4

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

As this is a self supported run we cannot tell you not to bring your dog however we don't advise it as there can be lots of sheep on the downs and leads can get in the way of other runners and be a trip hazard. If you do bring your dog we ask you to keep them on a lead at all times.
