We are very excited to announce the third Three Beaks Running day: three self supported trail runs, starting and ending at the taproom.

Due to the popularity and positive response to the first two Three Beaks and the abundance of great nearby trails, we've decided to organise another one this year which will take place on Sunday 12th May.

There will be three runs taking place for all abilities:

- A 25km circular route - meeting at 8:30am. See route here.

- The Double Beak - A 17km route - meeting at 9:30am. See route here.

- The Single Beak - meeting at 10:30am. A 8km circular route, see route here.

( We will update the page with the routes soon but they will all be trail runs on the South Downs).

All runs will have run-leaders, but this will be a self supported, social run. You must be sure you're fit enough before you enter and you must be confident that you can run the distance you have signed up for. You must also bring your own supplies. See the kit list below in FAQs.

All runs will start at Pharmacie Coffee Roasters (next door to Beak), so you will be able to grab a coffee before you start. The runs will end at Beak where you will receive a free beer or soft drink and The BBQ Project will be serving up their delicious BBQ.

Please remember this is a sociable run not a race. I f you take part in either runs you must sign up on the eventbrite page and fill in this form, if you don't fill in the form you will not be permitted to join the run on the day.

This year we will be raising funds for WWF-UK, as the event is free to enter we ask that you make a donation to our chosen chairity. You can either donate to their important cause when you sign up via the eventbrite page or you can donate directly to their justgiving page here:

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

As this is a self supported trail run you will need to bring your own provisions. Here is a suggested kit list of things we advise you bring: -Water - Snacks - Gels - Sun Cream -Sunglasses - Hat - Trail Shoes -Rain Jacket

What happens in extreme weather?

If we are subject to extreme weather on the day the run may be cancelled. We will get in touch with you using the contact details you provide us and we will put a notice out on social media.

Can I park at the Brewery?

There is limited parking on Cliffe Industrial Estate so we advise you to park in Lewes and walk down to the Brewery.

Can I bring my dog?

As this is a self supported run we cannot tell you not to bring your dog however we don't advise it as there can be lots of sheep on the downs and leads can get in the way of other runners and be a trip hazard. If you do bring your dog we ask you to keep them on a lead at all times.
