Currently Head of Internal Audit at Allianz Technology, Ama oversees complex IT risk and assurance engagements for one of the world’s largest insurance and technology service providers. In this role, she drives a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring robust governance in an ever-evolving risk landscape.
Her career journey includes senior leadership roles such as Regional Audit Manager at Allianz Technology, Expert in Regulatory & Legal Change Monitoring at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, and Compliance Manager at Munich Re. She began her career at PwC, specialising in fraud investigation and forensic services, giving her a solid foundation in investigative rigor and analytical depth.
Ama’s expertise cuts across IT risk management, regulatory compliance, business ethics, and complex audit delivery. She is recognised for her ability to connect the dots between strategy, regulation, and operational reality turning audit insights into practical, value-adding solutions.
