Three Principle Aspects of the Path with Geshe Tashi
EVERY WED | 19:00 - 20:30
2 May - 23 May

COURSE INFO

Kindness, altruism, freedom: Geshe Tashi will offer four evenings looking at three key attitudes for progress on our spiritual path.
Kindness to ourself by moving on from unhelpful unenlightened mental states and actions; altruism for others in helping others to do the same; and seeing reality directly to set ourself and others free. Geshe Tashi will base his teachings on the short text by the great 14th century Tibetan meditator and scholar, Lama Tsongkhapa called Three Principle Aspects of the Path.
