Event description

Description

The Threshold Concepts in Health Special Interest Group brings together people with an interest in threshold concepts who are working in the area of health and social care. The group meets virtually and face to face to share ideas about research and using threshold concepts in learning and teaching. This network has facilitated debate and collaborative work in this area and has members in the UK, Europe, Australia and North America. The SIG meeting will offer opportunities for people to share work they are currently undertaking and will also pick up on the previous day's conference theme of Threshold Concepts in Action, exploring what this could mean for health and social care. There will be discussion of future work being proposed by group members, including time for those attending to network and plan joint research or development work. Lunch will be provided with a short wrap up “where next” session after this.

Anyone interested in this area is welcome to attend.
