Powered by our Spark Awards programme, this annual showcase is a chance for our fantastic businesses to deliver their 3-minute pitch on why their business should win the £500 prize for their business idea.
This annual pitching ‘gala’ is a chance to celebrate the success of their business and for you to join us in their celebration.

Thrive Festival celebrates Diversity and Inclusivity in Enterprise. Open to everyone, it’s a chance for those already interested or involved in enterprise to develop their skills and those who aren’t to get curious.
Enterprise/ Entrepreneurship could mean anything from a project or undertaking, taking initiative, being resourceful, being 'business minded' or owning a business or company.
Thrive 2025 will run between Monday 17th and Friday 28th of November.
Please note: No Thrive events will be recorded for the purposes of distributing afterwards.
