Event Details

Employee engagement… What is the big deal? and Branch AGM - Branch Chair Jennifer Johnson will give an overview of our year.

This insightful presentation will demonstrate why employee engagement matters to business performance and will also share how to use the 'Thrive' model (developed by Paul McGee - The SUMO Guy and Emma Barugh) and its 7 C’s to turn a surviving organisation into a thriving organisation.

The session will explore where employee engagement begins and ends and the role of the employee engagement survey. Emma will detail how the HSE Stress Management Standards map into the Thrive model meaning that positivity against the 7 C’s will also mean that you are demonstrating positivity towards the HSE standards for managing mental health and wellbeing, which is also a fundamental aspect of employee engagement and workplace culture.

NB A free platinum package (for up to 500 employees) will be won on the evening by one very lucky attendee!

Furthermore, a gift for all attendees will be 20% discount on the product (one trial per person).

Speaker: Emma Barugh

Company: MB Human Resources Consulting Ltd.

Emma Barugh is a first rate speaker and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge perfectly aligned to this session.
