* PLEASE NOTE * This event is for businesses registered with the Thrive at Work programme only.
The Thrive at Work Foundation level consists of an easy 5 step approach, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the current position of the organisation, the mental and physical wellbeing of your workforce, and any lasting impacts as a result of the COVID19 pandemic.
Every employer who achieves the Foundation Level First Steps will be recognised with the Thrive at Work ‘Working Towards’ certificate and logo. This new award demonstrates that you are committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of your employees through a planned approach.
Want more information? We have some overview sessions arranged for you to attend where you can get up to speed with the new Foundation level and have time to ask any questions you may have. The sessions will be running on the below date:
• Thursday 10th February – 11:00 am to 11:40 am
