Thrive Bristol Champions Workshop - Train the trainer (4 hrs)

This course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resources to deliver a basic 90-minute workshop on understanding mental health and wellbeing, communication skills, the 5 ways to wellbeing, and wellbeing resources/signposting. The workshop is aimed at any public-facing members of the community - volunteers, community group leaders, hairdressers, hospitality staff, sports coaches and more. It can be delivered anywhere, through discussion and handouts; the presentation is optional.

It is suitable for people who can rollout the workshop to large numbers of community members. It is suggested that attendees plan now to deliver their first workshop soon after the training to embed the learning
