About this event

For centuries women have gathered in circles to support, share and empower each other.

Thrive Circle has been designed to provide a safe space for women to come together, be inspired and supported, and achieve personal growth. We will cover all aspects of life including business, health, finances, relationships, careers and wellbeing.

The Morning

Each event starts with time to get to catch-up, meet new people and reconnect with familiar faces. Refreshments are provided.

Our speaker this month is the brilliant Vikki Ellison, an Advanced Menopause Specialist Nurse who owns the Calm Menopause Clinic in Apperley Bridge.

Vikki is accredited by the British Menopause Society, and has over 33 years of experience in the NHS. Whilst working in primary care, Vikki developed a strong passion for women’s health, particularly in supporting women through the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This led her to focus her expertise in this area, becoming a dedicated female health nurse and advocate for better menopause care.

In response to the growing number of women struggling to access accurate advice and effective treatment, Vikki launched her private clinic, Calm Menopause & Wellbeing Clinic in Apperley Bridge, in February 2025.

The clinic offers personalised, evidence-based care in a supportive environment—giving women the time they deserve to understand and manage their symptoms.

In this Months Session Vikki will provide clear information about perimenopause and menopause—including symptoms, treatment options, and practical advice for managing this life stage. She will cover both hormonal and non-hormonal approaches to help women make informed decisions about their care.
