It is certainly a new and ever-changing landscape that we find ourselves in as the easing of restrictions is slowly worked towards. As life begins to return to some form of normality, getting to grips with the changes and adaptations may be an unsettling time. The overall purpose of the Thrive course is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to help them thrive at work and home and to face the challenges life throws at them. This ‘Thrive’ course will teach individuals how to properly look after themselves both psychologically whilst building resilience.
This online 3hr training course, delivered via Microsoft Teams, covers evidence-based research in positive psychology, neuroscience and sleep science as well reflective exercises to help delegates perform better in everyday life. The course covers:
