Thrive is a Research England funded initiative led by colleagues at the University of Liverpool in partnership with Advance HE and the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).

The project is dedicated to redefining how research teams operate, with a special focus on encouraging greater diversity and inclusivity and aims to develop and define a new model of team-based working. This new model will be piloted through a live funding call with the Arts and Humanities Research Council.

With a focus on sharing experiences and successful strategies in recognition and collaboration within research culture, the day will include two compelling discussion topics, a dedicated audience Q&A and Hilary Clarke, Organisational Developer at the University of Liverpool, will present her reflections on Collective Leadership.
