About this event
This extended course invites you to apply Collaborative Foresight – a community-based approach to futures thinking and strategic and transformative organisational development. You will learn methods, frameworks and practical tools to anticipate change, imagine and rehearse different futures, and shape strategies for resilient and impactful organisations.
By combining hands-on exercises with collective reflection and sharing, we will identify drivers, trends and signals of change, build scenarios of possible futures, reframe perspectives, envision preferable futures and uncover strategies for shaping change. Together, we will experiment with ways to strengthen our organisations’ capacity to thrive in times of uncertainty and transformation.
For whom?
The course is open to professionals and creatives in Skåne from across the cultural and creative industries, as well as those applying creative skills in other sectors. We welcome participants from independent creatives and small companies, public organisations, enterprises, associations and foundations – anyone with a will and mandate to connect foresight to their organisation’s mission, vision and strategy.
This course is for both organisations as well as individual entrepreneurs and freelancers with a Swedish organisation number. There is a cap of maximum of two participants from each organisation.
