About this event

One thing we can rely on is life to throw us curve balls. Arguably modern life is more complex, more pressured and stressful than ever. This 2 hour workshop is designed to give you practical tools to help you manage a range of difficulties which affect mental wellbeing; such as an overzealous inner critic; unrelenting standards and poor boundaries. This workshop is designed to provide you psychological tools to help build mental resilience.

The workshop is designed to be interactive and informative.

Led by a qualified therapist, the session blends psychoeducation with hands-on techniques and group discussion in a supportive, inclusive environment.

As a qualified counsellor I am trained in a wide range of areas to support clients; training includes CBT, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. All of which will be applied within this workshop.
