Menopause isn’t the end of anything - it’s a powerful transition into a new phase of life. But it can also feel confusing, isolating, or just downright exhausting. This workshop is here to help you navigate the journey with clarity, care, and community.

Join Nutritional Therapist Nudrat Chagtai and yoga teacher Kitti for an afternoon designed to support your body and mind through peri- to post-menopause. We’ll blend science-backed nutritional guidance with calming movement and rest, so you leave feeling both informed and nourished.
