WILD FOOD CAFE & the SCHOOL

Wild Food Cafe opened in 2011 in Covent Garden for the sole purpose of raising vibration of food & wellbeing through delicious, innovative plant-food.

Alongside, for the last four years we've also been teaching popular Wild Wellbeing & Raw Food Weekend Immersions with the intention to empower more and more people to take (playful) control of their wellbeing and expand their understanding of new food/lifestyle possibilities.

PLANT-FOOD (ALL things raw, wild, nutritious & delicious)

What we hear from our participants over and over again is a desire to take control of their health, of their lives and inspire the people around them. We believe these are some of the core reasons why YOU might be interested in expanding your knowledge and skills with raw/plant food.

We don't stay long with left-brain, rigid nutritional guidelines. We truly believe - and experience over and over again - that a holistic, well-rounded fun learning experience is the best way to facilitate long-term shifts and transformations. Our approach is playful and all-inclusive. We do not prescribe to any specific dietary systems. Instead we offer you a holistic system of understanding and practical tips which you can apply to your own life in a way that is authentic for you.

You will learn a lot about the context and core architecture of wellbeing, food, nutrition and more, because we believe that once you understand the core principles of plant-based nutrition you will be empowered to make choices that perpetuate your wellbeing, naturally. You will be empowered to lead a healthier, more sustainable, rewarding and playful lifestyle. Because you deserve it.

Our approach is focused on seasonality (without negating our global experience), versatility, quality, respect to ingredients, playful creativity and expanding our horizons every single day!

All food served is organic, wild, gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based.

YOGA

Yoga every day baby!
We will explore different styles, simplify and integrate new tools to our daily practice in a way that makes sense to us individually.

SWEATLODGE

*Extra Special Treat*: We've teamed up with our friends from "Eagle Condor Hummingbird" community to bring a Traditional Sweatlodge passed on to them directly by indigenous elder and a ceremonial leader Maestro Manuel Rufino.

Sweatlodge is a powerful natural 'medicine', a healing tool used in many different parts of the world since the time immemorial. It provides a deep, individual experience and a practical initiation into the wisdom of the four elements.

CACAO & SOUND JOURNEY

We will be holding a delicious sacred space for your own individual explorations and also as a framework for deep meditation and active study of various aspects of wellbeing and the elements. All will be infused with intentional sacred sound: a myriad of ancient healing songs, instruments and voice - all to guide you safely and deeply to your own radiant presence.

Joel + Aiste have been walking the trails of wisdom traditions of the world and studying sacred uses of cacao for almost 20 years and have been directly initiated into the ceremonial magic of cacao by the Mayan elders.

A little bit about cacao:

Cacao is safe to drink in the quantity provided unless:
• You are taking anti-depressants (as the natural chemicals interact with the active component in anti-depressants) in which case you would take a smaller dose.
• You have a serious heart condition.
• It is safe to drink when pregnant though we may reduce your dose a little.
* We use ceremonial wild cacao selected by the cacao shamans in Guatemala and infuse it into a delicious, charged brew with tonic herbs and essences.

OTHER BITS

See you on the WILD SIDE! <3
Scehdule for Saturday & Sunday is coming up. Regardless, we will keep ome fluidity, because.. it is more fun this way!
