Speaker: Sarah Townsend

Sarah is a freelance copywriter and the award-winning author of three books: Survival Skills for Freelancers and The Little Book of Confusables 1 + 2.

After five decades of living with undiagnosed neurodivergence – and 25 years running a successful freelance business – she was diagnosed with ADHD and autistic traits in 2023. Sarah spent most of her freelance career developing coping mechanisms to deal with the challenges of neurodiversity in a neurotypical world… without even realising. Now she’s on a mission to help neurodivergent freelancers grow in confidence and get more enjoyment from self-employment.

In this practical and inspiring webinar Sarah shares some of the challenges of freelancing with ADHD and how to overcome them in ways that work with your brain – not against it.

We may invite you to go on camera to ask your question, but this is completely optional. The Webinar will be recorded, so you are also very welcome to keep your camera switched off, or just listen in to the event.
