Thrutopian Resilience
Thrutopian Resilience is the type of resilience that helps us make it through times of challenge in the best possible way. It is a story pattern that can be applied to a wide range of challenging contexts, from personal crisis, relationship crashes and high stress at work, right through to facing collective adversities of societal breakdown and the climate crisis. Wherever you feel overwhelmed, overchallenged, or at a loss for how to move forward, or support others feeling these ways, the Thrutopian Resilience approach offers insights and practices that can help you, and help you help others, engage in the process of finding a way through.
In this webinar we'll look at how Thrutopian Resilience offers helpful new ways of drawing together resilience, wellbeing and change-making skills, applying these to both personal and collective challenges.
This webinar also introduces The Resilience Practitioner Training, an eight module online course starting on October 7th, that offers a pathway to becoming a certified Resilience Practitioner, with CPD (continuing professional development) recognition by the Association for Coaching.
