Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring your ticket to the event, but if you do forget it we can register you using the details on your receipt e-mail or other ID. Please note: Only the first check of your ticket will be allowed entry, if more than one copy were to arrive, Rally Registration will be alerted that the ticket has already been used. If there is was a dispute, the details on the ticket would be checked against photo id.

How do I book camping?

All ticket types include free camping, please add camping as an additional item on your ticket and state number of tents.

How do I add a caravan campervan pitch?

There is a limited number of Caravan/Campervan pitches. Please select the Caravan/Campervan option when buying your ticket(s).

How do I get a rally t-shirt and rally pin?

A rally t-shirt and pin is provided free with the purchase of a member's early bird or a full rally ticket only. Tickets purchased after 4th June will not receive a free t-shirt or pin.

Your rally packs can be collected from the area in the main hotel reception on the Friday or Saturday between 10.00am and 5pm, unclaimed rally packs will be sold off on the Sunday unless prior arrangement has been made for collection by someone else.

Do I need to purchase tickets for our children?

Children under 16 attend for free but do not receive a T-Shirt or Pin. They do not require tickets, but please bring them to registration to receive their wristbands/

How do I book on-site accommodation?

You must have completed your registration before you can book on-site accommodation. Instructions on how to book on-site accommodation will be provided with your ticket confirmation.
