When: Thurs 25th Sep 25 from 11am - 2.30pm (includes a light buffet lunch) meeting starts at 12pm

Please note, the meeting will start at noon, but early arrival is advised to allow time for registration.

We are delighted to welcome up to three representatives from our member companies and organisations. When the meeting is fully booked, you may need to revise numbers accordingly.

Important: Please reserve under each name, and not collectively by company. If you need more spaces, please contact us.

Can I bring a pop up

No sorry only approved showcases can bring pop ups

How many people can I bring ?

You can bring 3 staff or directors as long as they are all booked on

What time does it start ?

We start at 11am for networking and a look around the showcases and then 12pm upstairs for the main speakers and then 1.30pm to 2.30pm for lunch and more networking

Is there parking?

Yes there is parking right outside the venue and it's free

Can I bring cards and leaflets ?

Yes, you can . You can leave them on the member's table or hand them out when you are chatting to people. We don't allow mass handing out of leaflets though

What happens if I can't make the event ?

If you can't make the event we will need your apologies, people not turning up, without apologies will not be allowed to attend future events

Do I have to be a member to attend

Yes you do, but membership is free till end of Nov 24. We don't accept guests everyone has to be a member

Can I change the name on the ticket?

Yes you can but, if it's after the Monday of the event we cannot change the printed lanyard and we will just change the name of the sign-in sheets
