Thursday is currently full until May - check out my 9:45 am class on the same day or my Tuesday 8 am class.
Time to de-stress, stretch out, switch off and re-energise, building strength and flexibility in both body and mind.
You will be guided to move mindfully and in time with your breath. This will include a warm up before being led through more traditional yoga poses, adding an element of flow to build a little heat and energy. This accessible practice has a strong focus on listening to your own body to build strength and ends with a guided relaxation.
All levels are welcome, this is a beginner friendly class.
