Thursday Evening Sound Bath Meditation

You are invited to a sound bath and guided meditation on Thursday 9th October 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

Feel the calming sensations and healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowl, Tibetan bowl, flow chime, elemental chime and the tongue drum. Feel the powerful yet gentle rythm of the drum. The frequencies at our sound bath session and the calmness of meditation promote the following-

And so much more.... it is time to show up for yourself and give yourself "you time".

Doors open at 6:50pm to allow settling down time and doors are closed at 7:00pm to minimise disturbance during session.
