Last week's session was a real eye opener for me and a blessing!

We just about managed to wrap things up, there were some great conversations - we are going to do another session and carry this one on!

Did we end up figuring out how to cope in the here and now?I honestly don't know.

But I was able to really see what keeps me coping in the here and now.. and realising what keeps us coping isn't necessarily going to be the same.

But I really believe that God knows just what that thing is for each of us … and He wants to connect with us personally so that He can reveal it to us.. 🙌🏾I'm looking forward to the next session!
