Santa will be at Jackson Square on the 5th, 8th, 10th, 12,15,17, from 2 - 6pm and on Christmas eve from 10 - 12 in the morning.

This years experience will be slightly different to ensure social distancing is maintained. Santa will be sat at his desk behind a perspex screen and you will be asked to stay behind a line on the floor. Photographs are encouraged and you can take as many as you like whilst inside the grotto.

There is no charge to visit Santa but we do ask that you bring a wrapped gift labelled Male or Female suitable for a Senior which can be given as a gift this Christmas. We also ask that you to make a donation to our charity the Bring Joy Foundation to book your ticket.

Please DO NOT arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your ticket time to avoid any congestion or queuing in the shopping centre.

Should the event be cancelled due to COVID restrictions we will be unable to refund donations. We hope you understand.

Each family will only be allowed to book 1 ticket which will allow a group of no more than 6 people from the same household or bubble to visit Santa.
