Join us for a Sound Healing group session!

Come to the Bow Brickhill Community Hall and immerse yourself in the healing sounds that will relax your mind and body. Let the vibrations guide you to a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. No prior experience is needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to experience the power of sound therapy.

Sound Healing is not advised for pregnant women, someone who had recent surgeries . Please wear comfortable clothes made out of natural materials (linen cotton etc) and avoid eating at least one hour before the session ♥️

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow and something to cover your eyes. Please make sure you have water and you're hydrated before, during and after the session.
