Description

Release your inner power and compassion with this unique mindfulness exercise that uses a wooden sword to a sequence of movements and sounds. A powerful, energetic practice in which you will learn to channel your inner warrior, remove any feelings of frustration or anger and convert the power of these emotions to compassion. Tog Chöd helps us to focus on the present moment, become more decisive and less influenced by fear and anxiety. The light wooden sword is used as a tool to help you discover your inner wisdom and release negative emotions. It will help balance your masculine and feminine entities in a dynamic sequence of mindful movements that you can learn gradually over a few sessions.

Swords are provided. Sportswear recommended.
