Now that we are booking in Tier 4 please note the following:

• Mass will be celebrated in the church and the church hall simultaneously. As a consequence, we have capacity for 40 parishioners.

• 9.30 Mass on Sunday morning will be streamed through our Facebook page.

• Bookings can be made ‘on-line’ in single bookings. This will assist cancellation, if/when required.

• Bookings can also be made via the telephone lines, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 11:00.

• In practice, there will be 20 parishioners in the church and 20 in the church hall. Please make a note as to whether you are booked in the Church or in the Hall

• We would ask of you, to assist all who wish to attend mass to do so by way of:

o Cancelling if you have booked and cannot attend mass, please cancel on-line or by way of the telephone line.

o Alternatively, contact one of the pass-keepers, who will cancel for you (via their WhatsApp)

o If you do book on behalf of another parishioner, please ensure that they are able to attended the selected mass prior to booking.

• Finally, please note “The obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains dispensed until further notice. The faithful are asked to consider carefully whether or not they should return in the early phases. Upholding the church’s duty of care to elderly clergy, together with social distancing reductions in capacity, will mean that the availability of Mass is likely to be reduced in many areas and may not be available at all in some parishes. By attending mass during the week, you have fulfilled any Sunday obligation you may still feel.
