Welding Course: TIG welding lesson

In this evening welding course you will be introduced to the basics of TIG welding including material preparation and finishing. You will learn the differences between welding carbon steel and alloys. You will try welding stainless steel and aluminum to a create desk tidy.

You will cut and prepare material ready for welding then use the TIG welder tack up your objects and run a bead. Learn about gas coverage, arc length, different filler rods and Pulse TIG. Through this intensive welding course you will understand the basics of TIG Welding and it’s benefits. You will also learn about finishing metalwork.

This evening welding class is the perfect introduction into TIG Welding whether you are new to welding or have experienced other welding methods.

The session will be led by Richard Evans, An experienced designer and TIG welder. All materials required for this course are included in the price.

Level: No Experience Needed / past welding experience ok.
