Through our recent consultation, our members in England and Wales have made their strength of feeling known on the crucial issue of pay and the lack of a fully funded pay award; as a direct result of this, NAHT will be conducting a formal ballot on industrial action in England and Wales.

We invite you to attend one of 10 regional meetings taking place during this process, to hear directly from senior officers of the union and to share your views at this important time in the history of your union.
