Time for Transformation: Bipolar Scotland Annual Conference 2025

For over 30 years, Bipolar Scotland has been led by and for people living with bipolar—providing information, peer support, and self-management training, and standing up for dignity, respect, and a good quality of life. But too many people in our community still face long waits for diagnosis, disjointed care, stigma, and feel forgotten by the services that are meant to support them.

As mental health conversations increasingly focus on general wellbeing and early support, people living with more complex or long-term conditions often feel left out. We believe it’s time for that to change.

Time for Transformation is our national conference—a space for our members, supporters, professionals, and international guests to come together and explore how we can create real, lasting change in services, policy, and public understanding.

If you live with bipolar, support someone who does, or are interested in building a better future for everyone living with bipolar in Scotland – this day is for you. We want to hear from you. Your experiences, ideas, and voice will help shape the future direction of Bipolar Scotland.
