Ditch the to-do list!

Time For You is an event for women who feel exhausted and unfulfilled, who are on their way to burn out if not already there and who want to find a different way to live.

Join us on Sunday 1st October for four hours devoted entirely to you. You’ll have the undivided attention of two life coaches, a reflexologist and aromatherapist, and a writer and lifestyle blogger who has lived through burnout and come out the other side.

Not only that.

You’ll also be surrounded by like-minded women in a sacred, non-judgmental space where you can be completely honest about what’s really going on in your life.

The afternoon will be a combination of discussion, coaching exercises and gentle self-inquiry that will leave you feeling good and relaxed, enlightened and with a clear plan of action and practical tips to enable you to make changes in your life straight away.

If you answer yes to any or all of these then this event is for you:

  • Do you feel like you never get any time for you, so much so that you’ve lost sight of who you truly are amidst the never-ending to-do list and ever-pressing demands on your time?
  • Are you struggling under the mental load of work, family and domestic bliss?

  • How to calm overwhelm and deal with the mental load that comes from all the responsibilities you’re juggling on a daily basis.

  • How to get back in touch with who you are as a woman, not just as a wife/girlfriend/mother/daughter etc.
  • How to know what lights you up, makes you feel nourished and supported, and how to bring more of it into your life.
  • How to set boundaries to protect your sanity and your well-being.
  • How to get your energy back and how to keep it.
