'Time Management Essentials'
Networking and Presentation event (+ optional Workshop)
Good time management skills and tools are critical for a successful business
Open networking plus presentation and activities on time management essentials, including strategy, best practice tools and apps. Run with co-facilitator Mark Dyble of SME Business Solutions Ltd.
Unless we can effectively manage our workload we cannot be freed up to be the best that we can be. We are swamped with demands on our time, and with the increase in technology it is difficult to know when we can switch off without losing the next opportunity. Good time management skills are essential for any business person wanting to be at the top of their game.
During both the Presentation (as well as an optional practical workshop afterwards), Mark will share tried and tested techniques for getting the most out of your work without burning out.
