This course is a 60 minute learning burst that aims to introduce the positives of good and the pitfals of poor rime management. The student will be able to reflect on the current management skills, undestant the benefits of planning and organisation to plan time more efficiently. It will help to recognise various techniques for managing daily tasks, people and self-management and how to reduce distractions.
