Presenter:

Kathryn Hope, School of the Arts

Minimising the stress of a PhD requires you to effectively manage yourself and your time. Reflecting on your preferences and priorities, and taking care of your wellbeing, will help support your long-term productivity. This workshop will introduce you to a number of time management techniques that can be applied flexibly to your work. It aims to help PGRs feel more in control of their time through group discussion, self-reflection and psychological theory.

The session is primarily aimed at 1st year PGRs, but is open to PGRs from all stages and disciplines. It may be helpful to bring your own diary, schedule, or ‘something you would like to plan’ in order to fully engage with all the activities.

Registration: You are recommended to use your University of Liverpool email to register on Eventbrite and then the calendar invitation will be added to your University calendar. We reserve the right to remove attendees who do not appear to be members of this University.
