Do you find yourself wishing that there were more hours in the day? Do you struggle keeping appointments, getting to places on time or feel overwhelmed that you have so much to do and not enough time to do it all?

Feel like you’re juggling 15 things at once, working, being a parent/carer, learning a new skill etc all at the same time? Finding it hard to prioritise and not enough hours in the day? We’ll show you some of the best tried and tested methods of successful time management.

This webinar could help you if you are:

  • Returning to work after a break because of child or other caregiving needs, travelling, learning or illness
  • Moving into a role with additional responsibilities
  • Starting up your own business
  • Enrolling onto or currently on a learning or skills programme as well as working
  • Feeling overwhelmed and/or that you are procrastinating over taking action in your work or personal life

In this interactive webinar we will be looking at a range of tried and tested time management strategies to help you to regain a sense of control and balance in all aspects of your life.

Webinars are delivered via Microsoft Teams.

In the appointment the careers adviser will help you to:

  • explore different careers and options
  • review your strengths, skills and develop your career goals
  • plan your next steps
  • make the best use of high-quality, career-related tools
  • understand the local job market
  • access learning, training, apprenticeship and employment opportunities, including making applications
  • develop your CV, interview skills and job searching techniques
  • implement your plan of action.
