Time Out for Parents :The Teenage Years (York area only)

There is so much change happening when our children go through the teenage years, and it can be difficult to navigate the effects this has on the parent-child relationship.

This course is designed to give you hope that you can stay connected with your teen, to help you understand their world, and to give you the tools to meet their emotional needs & open up those all important communication channels.

5 Sessions on Wednesday Evenings. 7 - 9pm
